Currently, over 97% of our composite components are manufactured with injection technology. Our advanced production methods and careful selection of materials allow us to provide the highest quality composite products. A closed production process also means that we have a work environment that allows you to minimize emissions of pollutants part from our factory.

At SB Composites, we specialize in the production of composites and work with every possible type of polymer fiber composite. A feature of these materials is that the fiber and plastic combine to create a specialized material. By combining a specific type of fiber with a selected plastic, we can produce composite materials with unique properties. In other words, we adapt the product to customer requirements.
Injection technology
Injection technology requires knowledge, skills and extensive experience. Currently, 96% of our entire production is carried out using vacuum injection. This technique provides great design flexibility and also enables the production of durable, high-quality, low-weight products.
Manual installation and spraying technique
These two open methods are mainly used where injection technology is not possible. This may apply to short series or specially manufactured components.

Carbon fiber
Aramid fiber and natural fiber. These materials can be supplied in many different versions depending on the application.
Fiberglass
Cut into sheets or in the form of various types of fabric. Fiberglass can also be supplied as a knitted fabric.

Customers can start cooperation with us at every stage of production, but the best and most profitable results can be obtained when they use our services at the beginning of the design of the composite element. Usually we start cooperation as soon as the drawing for the client is finished. Thanks to this, the production process runs smoothly, and the form is designed in the best possible way. We often start cooperation with clients as early as the development stage of a new project. We offer comprehensive solutions. This means that we take responsibility for the entire production chain from the approved design to the finished composite product.
