About the production process
One of the main advantages of the composite is the freedom to design the product according to customer expectations. We can create special profiles, configurations and curved surfaces that are difficult to achieve with other types of materials. The very high precision of our tools means that the end products have a unique finish. For example, the use of a color-matching gel coat in a surface laminate results in a product that is colorful and does not require painting.
Our production begins when we receive a CAD drawing from you. We use this to mill the plug, known as the master. The plug is processed with the greatest precision, then one female and one male form are created. These are two forms that create the basis for the fabricating of a composite product.
We offer our clients comprehensive solutions. This means that we take responsibility for the entire production chain from the approved development to the finished composite product. For the customer, this means that we can assemble connectors, components and cables that the composite part should have. The result is a finished product that can be put into production.
We are known for trouble-free and timely deliveries. Thanks to this, we enjoy a good reputation among customers from all over Europe. In addition, our services guide the customer through the entire production process from receiving of drawings to delivery of the finished composite element to the customer.
